Ebay will now pay Gamestop $53 million a year in dividends because they own 9.8% of the company
How hilarious. Paying for your own downfall
Ryan Cohen said there are also new investors interested in their acquisition of Ebay. This is devastating for Ebay
The narrative that they have a $20 billion loan from TD that is shaky and there would be endless dilution is in the mud. Absolutely cooked, done, caput, finito, Buenos noches, tatty bye
It is over for them. Gamestop is buying Ebay. Its like blockbuster coming from the ashes and buying Netflix
I know some people have been frustrated with the share price but any bearish outlook is over. What a move this is from Ryan Cohen and the board
my wealthiest friends are absolutely ruthless about cutting negative people out of their lives. no warning, no conversation, no closure. one day you exist, the next day you don’t.
it’s almost like they’re allergic to them. broke is contagious and they refuse to catch it. honestly i respect the discipline. protect your energy, protect your mind space, and all of that.
anyway that’s how i found out we were no longer friends.
This sounds cringe as fuck but it genuinely has power to re-wire your emotional system
Every night, before you go to sleep - sit or lay down & imagine how you'd feel if you loved/accepted yourself fully, with ZERO lagging internal threads. Holistic, full, raging self-acceptance/love. How you would feel if you "totally made it", and were hyper-confident/fully-expressive, for no other reason than you're YOU.
Simulate how you'd feel if you met every one of your conditions for yourself to feel x way, they worked out perfectly, you did it, and now you're like "fuck yeah", and are experiencing it fully.
if you can find this 'emotional home', you're then able to create a space for it, and once created, you can then essentially just return on command. You can disregard your current 'not good enough' state, and temporarily operate in this simulated space, when you remember to do so
If you then want to add self-awareness into it, you can run this experiment and then ask yourself "now why do i feel like can't just exist like this, at every moment?" - and the conditional you've set for yourself will bubble up
and here's the mindfuck:
The exact conditional that comes up, such as "i can't feel like this because i haven't or don't have x", IS the block itself. You do not HAVE that exact thing, BECAUSE you've created lack for it, and have attached that lack TO your being.
It sounds backwards on paper. But when you let that lack statement (attached to your being) go, you are now free to move forward. The suppression was the block, in a strange 360-degree way.
$BTC: Report of the Century:
Today I am making one of the biggest announcements since I sold the top in September 2025. I am taking profit on every single crypto short. The Bitcoin short built between $115,000 and $125,000 is closed now with a gigantic gain. The $80,500 short, built between $79,000 and $82,000, is closed with another massive profit. The 100+ altcoin shorts I opened over the last several months are also closed, locking in another enormous win on top. The time of drinking tea is over. Congratulations to everyone who ignored the noise, trusted the framework and followed me from September 2025 until today.
Buying Bitcoin Spot:
For the first time since September 2025, I am buying Bitcoin spot again. Today, I entered at $64,000 for the absolute long term. For the first time since 9 Months I am buying Bitcoin for the long term! It is the beginning of a structured accumulation strategy, and I will execute it with the same discipline that allowed me to sell the top.
The Accumulation Strategy
Everyone who followed my strategy at $115,000–$125,000 remembers exactly how it worked. Every day Bitcoin traded inside that zone, I sold 10% of my spot position and added shorts. I did not care whether BTC was at $116,000, $120,000 or $124,000. Now I am doing the exact same thing in reverse. Every day Bitcoin remains between $54,000 and $64,000, I will buy 5% of my allocated capital in spot Bitcoin. Not 10% this time, but 5%, because I want to spread the accumulation across a wider period! If Bitcoin stays at $62,000, I buy. If it falls to $58,000, I buy. If it drops to $56,000, I buy. If it wicks into $54,000, I become more aggressive. If it returns to $64,000, I still buy. As long as Bitcoin remains inside this zone of 54-64k I am buying every day with 5% of my entire capital limited to 20 days.
The Technical Zone and Sentiment Shift
The legendary weekly MA200 sits in this region and is now being tested from below. Bitcoin already reached the lower section of this area last week. The top of the 2024 consolidation box also aligns with it. More importantly, sentiment has completely flipped. And I need to say, there are more bears, much more bears than bulls outside, and I dislike being one of many. The same people who were screaming for $150,000 at the top are now desperately waiting for $40,000. X is flooded with targets of $50,000, $45,000, $42,000 and $38,000. Retail is once again standing on one side of the boat, convinced the market owes them the perfect entry.
Front-Running the Herd
Since I announced the 50-40k region as my deeper bear-market target, most of crypto X has copied the same narrative. They copied everything, The market is not blind. The market knows retail is sitting in cash waiting below $50,000. They know people are terrified to buy at $64,000 because they have convinced themselves they will receive Bitcoin at $40,000. I am not going to stand behind the herd and beg the market for the same price as everyone else. I am front-running them. And the next that is following is also going to increase the price and so on, and the chain will be continued and those who are waiting for lower can stay there waiting forever.
Just because the four-year cycle worked at the top does not mean it will work at the bottom. Right now, everyone is waiting for September or October as if the market has already programmed the bottom into the calendar. Do you understand how insane that is? Ask anyone when they plan to buy and they will tell you September or October. Ask them why and they will repeat the same answer: because of the four-year cycle. That is the 1+1 herd behavior. What if the real cycle is not exactly four years? What if it is three years and nine or ten months? What if the market bottoms before the date the entire crowd is waiting for? Bulls are waiting, bears are waiting, and everyone is using the same indicator to justify the same timing. That alone shold cause panic to all waiting for the 4 years cycle to happen. Markets do not reward the masses for memorizing a calendar. I am betting against the four-year-cycle bottom. It is not happening. The bottom comes earlier.
The Structural Shift Around Bitcoin
The deeper reason for the change is not technical. It is structural. The environment around Bitcoin is shifting at a speed most people still do not understand. Regulatory clarity, tokenization infrastructure and institutional adoption are all moving forward at the same time, and the legal framework being built right now has the potential to unlock trillions of dollars of institutional capital that has been sitting on the sidelines or parked in the stock market waiting for certainty. Combine that with Coinbase's institutional buildout and BlackRock's fully operational ETF ecosystem, and we are no longer looking at the same Bitcoin market that existed six months ago. The CLARITY Act could go through on August 10 depending on the Senate, and that is not a small event. There is a reason the entire world is now racing to regulate crypto with full speed.
BlackRock, Vanguard, JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs and the New York Stock Exchange are already inside the DTCC live tokenization pilot. Microsoft shares, SPY, QQQ and US Treasuries are being tested as tokenized securities right now, with the official launch planned for October. Stocks, ETFs and Treasuries are moving on-chain, and the largest institutions in the world are adopting blockchain rails while retail is still debating whether the bear market is over. On top of that, Citadel just invested $400 million directly into https://t.co/R0aEy9w9Rx at a $20 billion valuation. The biggest players are deploying capital now, at scale, before the crowd understands what is happening. The infrastructure is being built directly in front of everyone, and I move my capital when the biggest capital in the world starts moving, not after
In Regards of the Stock Market Crash:
I am keeping every single SP500 short open. Bitcoin and the stock market are not the same trade, and they are not at the same point in their cycle. The crypto bear market began in October 2025 and continued for nine months while the stock market refused to fall. Bitcoin dropped 52% from 125k to 60k. In the same window the SP500 made new all-time highs. Crypto has already been repriced while stocks remain over valued. Therefore there is a very high probability that the Crypto Market will benefit from a Stock Market crash, as profits will move from over valued assets into under valued assets, and in times of Tokenization Hype, Stablecoin talk and the Clarity Act, these funds will very likely move into the Crypto Market.
One More Thing: I called 40-50k as the target and I was clear about it, I called 60k when Bitcoin was at 120k, and at 60k I said 40-50k is coming, But when the entire crowd on X starts waiting for the exact same level, the market almost never delivers it. Six months ago nobody was calling for sub-50k. Today every single account is. That is exactly when the target gets taken off the table. I now believe we will not see 40-50k at all this cycle. The setup that would have delivered that level is dissolving in front of the tokenization revolution, the CLARITY Act, and the biggest capital in the world moving in. Changing my view when the facts change is what a good trader should do. It is exactly why I made massive profits shorting from 120k, and it is why I am accumulating now while others are still waiting for a bottom that will not come the way they want it.
That is why I am buying now. The crowd has become aggressively bearish and the conditions required for a much deeper collapse are beginning to weaken in front of the regulatory and tokenization revolution. I would rather begin building a position before the crowd understands the shift than chase Bitcoin after confirmation at much higher prices. Buy earlier before the mass starts to understand.
The most quoted "there's no spoon" scene from Matrix is the most misunderstood scene.
The boy tells Neo the spoon doesn't exist.
Most people think this means "nothing is real, everything is simulation."
Wrong interpretation.
Completely backward.
The spoon exists. The child exists. The conversation exists.
What doesn't exist is the boundary between the spoon and Neo.
The separation is the illusion.
When you try to bend a spoon with your mind, you're operating from the assumption that "you" are separate from "spoon." Subject acts on object. Mind controls matter. That duality creates the impossibility.
The child figured out something neuroscientists are just confirming:
Your brain doesn't distinguish between self and environment the way you think it does. The neural networks that represent "your body" extend seamlessly into the networks that represent "the space around your body." The boundary exists in language, not in neural reality.
For example, a tennis racket becomes an extension of your arm, a race car becomes an extension of your body. The instrument stops being separate and starts being you.
The spoon bends because Neo stops treating it as external. The separation dissolves.
There's no spoon to manipulate because there's no separate self doing the manipulating.
This is grounded in science. Embodied cognition research shows your brain can map the tools and objects you focus on as real extensions of your body schema. Pianists’ brains often represent piano keys within their finger map. Surgeons’ brains can represent their instruments as extended limbs.
The Matrix scene was accidentally teaching applied neuroscience disguised as sci fi philosophy.
The real takeaway:
Stop trying to change things outside yourself. Recognize that the "outside" is a cognitive construction.
The spoon bends when you realize you are the spoon.
ZachXBT on TG just said all hardware wallets are garbage and using a separate iPhone is safer..
i agree with the main lesson.. but a separate iPhone alone still leaves you with one device and one seed as the single point of failure.
for serious funds, this is the exact setup i would recommend:
1) Create 3 completely fresh signer wallets
- signer 1: dedicated iPhone
- signer 2: separate phone or hardware wallet
- signer 3: backup device stored somewhere else
never use your everyday wallet as a signer.
2) Lock down the dedicated iPhone
- no SIM
- no email, Telegram or social apps
- no random browsing
- install only the official wallet app
- use a strong passcode and Face ID
- enable Stolen Device Protection
- use it only when you need to sign
write the recovery phrase on paper or steel and store it offline.
never screenshot it, save it in Notes, upload it to iCloud or type it into any website.
3) Create a 2-of-3 Safe multisig
manually visit https://t.co/IGT5JzXeF3, choose the correct network and add the 3 public wallet addresses as signers.
set the threshold to 2 out of 3.
this means any transaction needs approval from 2 separate devices before funds can move..
you only add the public addresses. Safe will never need your seed phrases or private keys..
4) Test everything first
send a very small amount to the Safe.
then try sending it back by approving the transaction from 2 different signers.
only move serious funds after you know the entire setup and recovery process works.
5) Move the remaining funds in batches
don’t transfer your whole portfolio in one transaction.
send a small batch, confirm it arrived on the correct network and then continue.
6) Treat the Safe like a vault
don’t use it for random mints, airdrops or unknown dApps.
use a separate spending wallet for daily activity and keep only the amount you can afford to lose there.
before approving anything, verify the network, token, amount and receiving address on both signer devices.

A man can be addicted to potential because potential gives status without exposure. You can imagine the business, the body, the money, the respect, and the woman without risking evidence. Execution ruins the fantasy because it produces data. This is why the first rep feels like an attack on the dream.
Shia LaBeouf explains why talent doesn't exist "There's only push-ups"
Host: "So it really was like luck of the draw thing or just talent randomly?"
"No I won the lottery, what the f*ck is talent Andrew"
"I won the lottery fool, I completely won the lottery dude, I won the lottery, I won a scratch off it's like that it's like I won a scratch off lottery there's no such thing as talent at all"
"Do you believe in talent?"
Host: "Yeah"
"Tell me"
Host: "I think it's an interviewer like listening as a talent but I do look back at certain things"
"No, that's a skill"
Host: "Okay so talent be like juggling or.."
"Which is also a skill"
Host: "Being able to exhale for 2 minutes straight"
"Which is also a skill"
Host: "So then by that criteria, I guess there's no talents?"
"Correct there's only push-ups"
Host: "So the 'Even Stevens' thing just hit random?"
"No it didn't hit random, I was prepared for the moment my dad was a Hustler he was taking me to comedy clubs all the time"
"I was talking shit to adults all the time when I got to meet a casting director I know how to talk shit to adults"
Host: "So you kind of were molded by your upbringing to be as position to do something"
"Correct, I did enough push-ups"
Tom Brady reveals the brutally honest talk he had with a Michigan sports psychologist that turned him from a benchwarmer into the GOAT.
Brady's transformation started with one change: the way he thought.
"I sit on the bench my first year, and I really had—I would call it—a lot of self-defeating attitudes and behaviors. I always had an excuse. 'Coach doesn't want me in there.'"
"I had a sports psychologist. His name was Greg Harden. I would go into his office every Tuesday, and he would say, 'Tom, I like you. You work hard, but you have a shitty attitude.'"
"'How about you start worrying about what you can control and stop talking about the other quarterbacks, stop talking about the coaches not putting you in.'"
"If they give you three reps, you do the best with the three you get. Quit bitching about you only getting three or you going in there with the backup receivers. No one cares.'"
"'You treat practice like it's a game. If you throw a touchdown in the two-minute in practice, you celebrate like it's the game.'"
Brady never approached it that way before. Then "sure enough" everything changed.
"Mmy energy started getting way better. I was bringing juice; I had the right attitude."
"Then all of a sudden, I'm bringing the juice, man. Every day, boom."
"That [mindshift] really helped me get better."
The road to 7 Super Bowl rings didn't start on the practice field; it started in that very office…
you must believe you are special and then go so hard, for so long, with such violent refusal to accept any other ending, that reality itself starts running out of ways to tell you no. you must wage a war daily against the ordinary outcome, until the belief you invented out of nothing in a room by yourself has been hammered into the world so many times that it stops being a claim and becomes reality.
