scheme by promising to pay the pre EMI till offer of possession and delay the project by 5-10 years and force the buyers to face bank harassment. I think Getamber Anand has taken inspiration from Harshad Mehta 1992 scam and out to cheat everyone.

@SanjayKhaneja5 Its totally waste of hard earned money and time to buy flat from ATS.We purchased a flat in ATS Marigold in 2015 and invested our all money and now paying rent as well as pre EMI of bank loan.

ATS must pay Pre EMI as per committments to all buyers. ATS team should pay attention to marigold project & ensure it gets delivered on time to loyal customers. ATS can very well do it. Initiate dialogues with us/meet us & buildup trust to buyers.. It's high time so do it immedie

Completely agree with Sudeep.. ATS is no more trustworthy. They are launching new project even though old projects launched in 2013 are still not handed over..
