I had the honour of #hosting the National Launch of Uganda’s #ECCE Policy, a powerful reminder that the future of any nation is shaped long before formal education begins.
One Key lesson stood out clearly:
🔑Early childhood development is not just an education issue. It is a human capital, governance and national development priority.
📌The quality of care, nutrition, protection, stimulation and support a child receives in their earliest years ultimately shapes the strength of a nation decades later.
Uganda is making an important shift from fragmented approaches to a more coordinated vision for children and families.

Strong beginnings truly do create bright futures.

As Cluster Lead for Democratic Governance & Social Inclusion on the @EU_YSBUg, we have had the privilege to co-create and present an advisory document for the EU CSO Strategy for Uganda (2021–2027) to H.E. @JanSadek and the distinguished technical leadership of @EUinUG.
Through this mandate, we are progressively working on a Youth Vision Paper, a bold and unprecedented blueprint informed by nationwide youth consultations amplifying the authentic voices, priorities & aspirations of young Ugandans as the current EU MIP draws to a close in 2027.
I was honored to lead the breakout engagement with the thematic technical team on Democratic Governance & Social Inclusion, learning more about EU initiatives and exploring how young people can meaningfully contribute to decision-making and co-creation of programs that shape our future.
Alongside focal persons from our Technical Working Groups, we held in-depth dialogues on progress made, remaining implementation gaps, and opportunities for stronger youth engagement. We identified innovative pathways to accelerate development impact and ensure no young person is left behind.
As Ugandan youth, we are not just beneficiaries, we are partners, thinkers, and co-architects of national transformation. We remain committed to championing inclusive systems where young people’s voices are heard, valued, and embedded in every step of development cooperation. 💪🇺🇬🇪🇺

As a finance coach, February isn’t just about celebrating romantic love—it’s also a time to strengthen my relationship with money!
To master our finances, here are some tips to help us build a strong, loving relationship with money:
💕Treat money like a partner, not a master
As we welcome 2025, let's prioritize the well-being of our children. If you're considering becoming a step-parent, please reflect on your ability to provide a loving and stable environment for a child who isnt biologically yours. The emotional welfare of our children is paramount
