I agree largely that drivers are increasingly becoming reckless. We should find a way of evaluating the mindsets of drivers, riders too b4 giving them permits. All should do due diligence, parents, schools, drivers, passengers as well! Govt has done well to suspend trips for now.
Ban school trips when we have trips overseas? School trips have been here since time immemorialโฆWhat has not been here is reckless driving and parents sending children to trips without going to school to see who is taking them and what kind of car they are boarding! Ask if any parent saw that bus before it took their child away. We as parents have left everything to schools.

@HEBobiwine@HEBobiwine Mr Ofwono Opondo has been on Frontline countless times before and such a scene has never happened. I think the Mayor provoked him too much! He didn't just slap for no reason, right? At best, both need to apologize to one another though I think it better be forgotten.
@CapitalFMUganda@CapitalFMUganda Meanwhile, I'm surprised at how one can pass UACE which I believe is the minimum qualification for an MP, and fail to comfortably read or speak English? Like how did such an MP pass? It is surprising!
@CapitalFMUganda@CapitalFMUganda imagine a parliamentary session where each MP expresses themselves in their native language! Imagine the language barrier and quagmire that will be in the house. It is just not practical at all. They can have that freedom in the corridors or outside of sessions.
