@HeathrowAirport Except that isn’t how it actually is at Heathrow terminal 5, hardly anywhere to sit, treated like a criminal at security and most likely will have to get a bus to the plane or be delayed. Absolutely dread coming to Heathrow these days, NEVER a good experience.

@Mark_J_Harper are you aware @HeathrowAirport is in a state of utter chaos - thousands waiting hours for bags queuing for security - damage being done to our national rep is incalculable- let alone economy! You need to do something about this as well as railways
