@gabe2663@stevemagness Brother I have no reason not to believe you. But that seems ABSURD to me. I just like drinking water. Most of the day. a sip. here and there Just... because, water feels good. "oh no a tickle in my throat - wish I had brought 8oz of water on my run, damn.....".
@DeltaSierra4@stevemagness Brian - oh, I read the post. I responded how I wanted. I know Steve's post of this topic usually brings out the no-water chuds. Which doesn't seem helpful to me. (no headphone crowd same way). Do what you want to on a run. (but yes, you don't NEED water)
@sweatystartup Going to a grey building to lift things, just to get stronger to be able to go back to that same grey building to lift slightly heavier things. Vs.... running 10-15(or more) leisurely miles through your favorite mountain trails for several hours and finding joy. Ok buddy.
@BowTiedRunning Hack: during a steep trail race, GU sticky hands help the hands not slip off your sweaty knees when pushing “hands on knees” for that little extra help when climbing.
@brady_h I lined up some recovery days with the newest Destiny 2 expansion in June and played heavy for a week. It was like the finale on a 10 year story. No regrets. Gaming since 1990 until today. Still enjoy it at times, but sometimes I go months without touching the controller.
NEW WORLD RECORD in #backyardultra!! Bartosz Fudali of Poland, Ihor Verys from Canada, and Harvey Lewis, USA, have run 4.167 miles every hour for 103 consecutive hours. #BigDogultra#WorldRecord
@ajoneswilkins I’ve been In many events long & short, racing up front even(or not - depending), and I’ve had multiple volunteers say “don’t worry about it just throw it, we’ll get it!”. Finding the trash is ideal, but it’s usually a bag tied up to one of the legs of a pop up tent behind a guy
