Megan is the Director of Counseling at a private college in Delaware, where she founded and leads the institution’s Mental Health and Wellness Center. A licensed professional counselor, NBCC-approved clinical supervisor, and certified advanced alcohol and drug counselor, Megan’s work sits at the intersection of counseling, higher education, and leadership development. "OLCT was, hands down, one of the best coaching trainings I have ever experienced. As a lifelong learner, I am always looking for opportunities to hone my coaching skills, and I am grateful to have discovered TLP! There was an excellent balance of theory and practical tools in every module, along with opportunities to both coach and be coached. The platform was easy to use, and Patrick's teaching style is masterful. To all aspiring coaches out there -- do yourself a favor and sign up for TLP training. You won't regret it."

Meet our newest OLCT graduate and TLP Certified Leadership Coach, @Julie_Smithwick !
Hear from Julie:
"I recently completed The Leader's Perspective coaching course, and it was truly transformative. As Executive Director of the Center for Community Health Alignment at the University of South Carolina — and founder of PASOs, which I led through 14 years of transformational statewide growth — I’ve spent more than two decades building community-based programs and developing leaders. I’ve taken many leadership trainings over the years, but this one stood out. It deepened my ability to listen, ask powerful questions, and hold space for others to uncover their own insights. The blend of practical tools, reflection, and hands-on practice and coaching from Patrick made it incredibly impactful. I’m continuing my growth through advanced training and mentorship as I prepare to launch my own organizational leadership coaching practice, helping nonprofit and community-focused leaders find clarity, confidence, and renewed purpose. I can’t recommend The Leader's Perspective enough for anyone who wants to lead and coach with greater intention and authenticity."
