Last nights Kennedy-Neshannock thriller may go down as one of the most viewed GBB games in recent memory.
The two live streams had over 23,000 views plus 1000 fans+ in attendance.
Just reinforces my argument that FREE video is good for high school sports despite the constant hurdles as it creates a much bigger audience promoting the athletes.
Neshannock does it the hard way!
7th Boys Gold was the hardest division in the whole league to evaluate heading into the postseason. It was anyone's race!
Top seed was 10-2 and then we had a 4-way tie for the #2 seed at 9-3. A series of complicated tie-breakers had the Lancers at the #5 seed spot but sometimes you just gotta shut up and play ball.
Congrats to Neshannock for bringing home the Gold and being crowned #ChampYinz
My column on Kevin O'Connor using a family mentality to have historic success with McDowell boys basketball. @mcdbasketball@mcdathletics https://t.co/GIOr8zVXRp
Big congrats to McDowell boys basketball coach Kevin O'Connor as he earned his 232nd win with the Trojans. He is now tied with legend Gus Anderson for the most wins in McDowell boys basketball history! @mcdathletics
Congratulations to Mr. O'Connor of MCD on receiving the first Golden Apple Award of the year! He was nominated for the impact he has made on students as both an English teacher and basketball coach -- Well deserved!

We set history tonight!
We defeat McGuffey 65-7 in an abbreviated game called due to weather in the middle of the 3rd quarter, and we have set the program record for most points in a game (65) and most points in a half (57)!
