I was privileged to be in the launching of MK PLU, for Teso subregion in Soroti city, where i too made an endorsement.
The function took place in Soroti hotel. There were beautiful speeches made by comrades Hons. Gen. Dr. Odongo JJ, and Musa Ecweru.

@DrBellahh @BalaamBarugahar Right. In the 1960s to 70s there used to be compulsory transfers for all civil servants. No civil servant would stay for 2 years and beyond in one station in Uganda including forces. I wonder what went wrong.
