It is with great sadness that my wife Betty and I announce the death of Robert Ecep Ogwal (my brother in-law) which occurred from Southall, Middlesex, London.
His death was discovered by neighbors who had not seen him out for sometimes.
Death is a mortem sibi consciscere! RIP
