🚨 BREAKING: Fire burning along SR 36 Juab/Tooele County line.

I just drove this stretch from Tooele to Eureka last night. This is terrifying.

The Maple Peak Fire has burned across SR-36 at the Tooele/Juab County line as explosive fire behavior continues this afternoon.

🚩 Fueled by extreme Red Flag conditions, both the Maple Peak and Cherry fires have grown rapidly, with flames crossing the highway.

❌ SR-36 is CLOSED from Mile Marker 1 to Mile Marker 20. Please avoid the area and never drive around road closures.
