@StealthQE4 That's what they get for changing the fries and then the pickles and then turning their nice restaurant interiors into a cyberpunk hellscape
Progressives are good at sound bytes but apparently not logic. Every immigrant to a country is by definition an emigrant from another country. So in which country would Jesus go around telling people to GTHO and go somewhere else?
Doesn't sound nearly as pious, does it?
@ShaneClaiborne Weclome immigrants to where? By your logic, depending on which country Jesus was in at the time, he'd be telling people to go away to a foreign land, that they didn't belong in their own homes!
@megbasham I'd love to see her church where the preacher preaches *nothing* but that sentence every Sunday.
It is just a half-baked Jesus-juke that worked on youth group kids in the 90s. 2020 broke the power of that spell.
@AaronCReale@megbasham This is not the America of vast tracts of unsettled wilderness, and the issue now is the 3rd world coming over. The founding fathers would have never given citizenship to people from such places.
@SnowBlackLamont Shouldn't they be harvesting sugar cane? The area around Houston (like Sugar Land, TX) was all about sugar cane, not cotton. It is the home of Imperial Sugar.
