Former Ravens/Lions/Bears/Chiefs ILBs Coach Mark Deleone - Gap/Duo Drills

Gap Drill
- Front side LB can play Box or Spill technique. Back side LB fits of front side LB technique.
- Spill Tech = BSLB must be able to change course & play cutback based on back path, stay square.

Duo Drill
- Press gap square & play over the top opposite of the DBL team. Allows the defense to steal a gap.
