So inspiring💜We all get stuck sometimes. I’m gonna take some of your inspiring advice. No worries…I’m not ending anything, just a lil shut down, frozen in fear, maybe. My favorite advice that made me smile is listen to an ABBA song, music is really healing and so is nature. I know this but when you’re frozen it’s difficult to move. I shut the world out and go deep inside my head. I retreat awhile, do some healing and then I’ll take a deep breath and go back out into the world. You’ve given me a lil push to open my eyes and see that it’s not so scary as I imagine. But I’m going on that lil 🌸nature walk today while listening to ABBA & BTS. Thank you for your desire to heal the world. OH, I see it.

“ That which we allow will continue.” Sometimes, we endure this rudeness because we believe it’s the right thing to do and don’t want to rock the boat because we don’t want to be rude and/or we just get immune to it. When it is something said, don’t argue or acknowledge your pain in any way. Look them straight in the eyes and call them out by simply asking them to repeat what they said. Ask, “Can you say that again?” Don’t sugar coat it and say please. They are immediately exposed. Stopped in their tracts with an audience, hopefully. I’ve been an easy target all my life. It’s time for us all to rise up and stop bullies dead in their tracks. Call them out and expose them. No more Mr. Nice Guy. Well, it sounds easy & I’m working on it. Peace.

So insightful. We gotta live in the now, baby. It took me many years & I’m still attempting to live in the moment. Cherishing the now is so much more rewarding than dwelling on the future. But I could not have arrived at this conclusion while depending on someone else for my happiness. When I had no one to depend on, that’s when I learned to enjoy me, life, & the now & I am loving it.❤️ Find that joy within before looking on the outside.❤️Your Joy is Always Within,

Look at those faces in the crowd all around the LIL BOY JIMIN, they are radiating joy. That’s a pretty cool effect you could have on the people. JImin radiating the love. I’m sadden that I missed out on this, but happy to witness so much joy. BTS be Jammin🎤 while spreading love & joy.
