@MatrixMysteries pharmacy tech here: prescription insurance is only helpful if your meds cost 0 (after deductible) or you require some crazy specific med. Also always ask if theres any discount cards available. Everyone knows GoodRx but theres like tons of other ones out there that can be cheaper

@hella_wretched Anytime you get meds that insurance won't fully cover, ask the pharmacy staff about a discount code. The good pharmacies will help you out. Also, you can do your own research! There's so many different discount programs out there to help with most meds.
