@SP_EnergyPeople I decided to try again today as nothing came from my DM reply to you. I have now been on hold for 1h37mins. In 20 minutes time I will have to abandon this as I have a meeting. What a joke this is.
@ScottishPower Added to my previous tweet, my call has just been cut off after holding for 1:05. Plus, I waited at a property between 12-4 on Friday for your engineer, who did not turn up and I have had no communication from you whatsoever regarding this. Poor customer service.
@ScottishPower surely some of the "well earned" profits you have enjoyed this year should be reinvested into the company, such as expanding the no. of Customer Service operatives answering calls. Thus ensuring valued customers aren't still on hold 1 hour later when calling.

Your phone service start date is changing from 24-Dec-2020 to 30-Nov-2020.
@bt_uk We decided try BT for our TV and WIFI after shocking service with Virgin. 3 weeks after our install date we still have neither. 3/4 phone calls per week to your CS dept. on hold for 50 minutes each time.
@OpenreachHelp We were told it was the overhead cable that was old at first, then another engineer said the issue was underground 37 metres away. It's the lack of communication that is most frustrating. We are the ones who have to call to ask why the job hasn't happened again.
@bt_uk Thank you for checking, but we've just had a call saying that our new date for Open Reach to attend will be 24/12. Original date was 17/11. It's simply not good enough. Will Open Reach simply not turn up again? Who knows?!
@OpenreachHelp Hi, the latest reason is that by the time the last engineer (who wasn't the correct type) submitted his forms, it pushed the latest date given out even further. They are now telling us 24/12. Original date was 17/11.
@bt_uk Hi Paula, they came on 17th (they did turn up but said could not complete as a new line needed). No shows on 3 subsequent dates. Trying to work from home with a dongle, no security cameras for 3 weeks now = very frustrated.
