Why not just desk reject on the first submission, instead of wasting the student's time?
Has anyone else had problems with like this #PhysiotherapyTheoryAndPractice? Is this unique to a certain segment of scholarship? Has anyone reported to Taylor & Francis? 5/5
Other academic #physiotherapy folks here: can we talk about the submission process to Physiotherapy Theory & Practice & experiences with it?
Something is deeply wrong with the current editorial process in my experience 1/
They have not created reference software templates to help authors, nor other constructive strategies.
Another example: a junior scholar submitting her first first-author article was told to copy-edit. She did. Lead editor then rejected on content, in a very sneering email. 4/

Worth reading.
Please get your C-19 and flu shot. Over the last 2 months Covid mortality is ~ 100 x more than the flu.
Only a few % of the population has been vaccinated.

"Pledges to make life more affordable usually leave out those who can’t afford to live" - 100%.
Tax cuts don't help those most struggling, which Pollievre and other leaders know. By pledging tax cuts, there's even less $ to address root problems or support those struggling most.

Murray has always walked into dark places with a flashlight so the rest of us can safely follow. A beam of light that cuts through injustice and shows the way to hope. Sending prayers and gratitude to him and his family who continue to be so generous in sharing him with all of us🧡
As shared publicly on Facebook, the family of the Honourable Murray Sinclar has shared that he is unwell, that he is in serious and unstable condition. -- Asking for prayers from across NDN country, including allies, supporters, friend, and really any life he has touched, which is countless.
He has served us as lawyer, judge, Senator and Chair of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission. A lifetime of bringing justice, truth and fairness for Indigenous peoples and those who have suffered in many capacities.
From his rulings, to his day to day wisdom he shares with us on social media, to the power Truth and Reconciliation Commission, he has given over and over again.
Let's pray hard in anyway that you do for him and his family, for this truly wondering human being - Justice, Judge, Senator - the honourable Murray Sinclair.
