I very rarely come on here anymore because of all the crap you all post - and here we are. I can still see none of you fact check to see if what you post is accurate, although that doesn’t concern you because even if it is inaccurate you’re still going post it for some reason.

First off, where are these numbers coming from? 40-60 out of 65 pardons? Did someone pull those figures out of a MAGA hat? There’s zero evidence to support this claim.

The 2005 DOJ opinion doesn’t say shit about pardons being off-limits for autopen use. In fact, it’s about signing bills, not pardons. So, it doesn’t even have any reference to what you’re speaking about. It does , however, say a president can use an autopen to sign things.

I know it’s not something Donald Trump or Maga has any interest in learning or knowing anything about, but the Constitution doesn’t even require pardons to be in writing, let alone hand-signed.

Also, other presidents have used autopens for official business. But suddenly it’s a scandal when Biden does it. The day you stop believing anything, or everything, that Donald Trump says, your life will improve dramatically. You might want to give it a try sometime.
