@VodafoneUK Hi. I’ve spent hours on to your technical team doing different checks and they come up with the same answer. Nothing wrong with the router. I feel like I’m going round in circles and getting nowhere. Can someone just please send me a router
@VodafoneUK Hi I have just contacted them to. Apparently if it connects to one device and not another the router is okay. I am getting really frustrated now because no one is willing to help
@VodafoneUK They have carried out loads of checks and saying everything is okay but it is obviously not okay.I don’t understand why a router can’t be sent out
@VodafoneUK I have been through various checks several times with your colleagues. Today I have spent 1 hour and 40 minutes on with tech help checking various settings etc so I think this check is a waste of time. There seems to be a real reluctance to supply a new router.
@VodafoneUK Hi. Some of my devices have now stopped seeing my network and will not connect. After hours with tech help they said nothing wrong with router it must be my devices. I told them I think it’s the router but they will not send one out. I am very frustrated with there lack of help
