@rbarbosa91@TomVargheseJr The other thing I see all the time is having the US screen in the opposite direction of the procedure field. I don’t put many lines in anymore, but, when I do, I always have the screen in the same line of sight as the field. That way, I see the screen and the flash without moving

Be purposeful about everything. You will set the standard and then it will become routine. Treat others how you want to be treated. You also only get one chance to make a first impression. It’s hard for everyone at first. Lean into the hard. #ctcareers
T4 - you have to be honest with yourself. You have to admit to yourself if you are nervous or scared. You don’t have to admit to any or everyone. Also, you can’t just be angry. You will lose your team quick. #ctcareers
T3 - I think this is easier if you are brought in with a leadership expectation or are bringing a completely new skill set to the institution. That beings said, it starts with leading by example and striving for excellence in all you do. People always respond to that. #ctcareers
T2 - Know yourself - you have to know your communication strengths and weaknesses. KYP - Know your people - you will learn how best to communicate and motivate your team as you work with them more and get to know them. #ctcareers
