@SkyNews we're seeing on social media that @loveholidays have gone bust and people are being called to reception at their various resorts to pay their outstanding hotel bill, and others who are stranded abroad. Could be an unreported story for you.

Then suddenly emails and messages went unanswered and promised callbacks never happened. It's genuinely baffling, unless it's a conscious attempt to actively have a discriminatory policy.
