#uswitch I can’t connect my smart meter as it is apparently associated with another account. I reported this to #uswitch on 17th November. Why does it take so long to find which account my meter is associated with and disconnect it ?

@VectareEastMids @TrueBingham @LNER I don’t understand why you can’t include Grantham train station in your standard route? Google maps says it’s an extra 0.4 miles and would take 3 mins. The route is already over 15 miles, surely the extra 0.4 miles is worth it.

@Fiona__Stafford @santanderukhelp I had to backup the iPad in iTunes and restore it using the new backup. After this it all worked fine. Definately was not jail broken before though. Very strange.

The iPhone app doesn't work properly on the iPad.
