@kelvmackenzie I really I’m not sure that cutting consultant numbers in the future is the win you think it is. Will just increase waiting list and probably mean more people come to see doctors privately. 🤷
@Richard0Connor@Somucheffort@PolitlcsUK Then she shouldn’t be forcing younger people to do that either. It’s a crazy policy. Any pensioner who can afford £20,000 of disposable income to put into an isa can afford to live by the same rules as everyone else.
@PolitlcsUK Crazy policy. Any pensioner who can afford to put £20,000 of disposable income into a cash ISA can afford to live by the same rules as everyone else.
@gabystubbs1@IrisDuane They’re not all rich. But those who can afford to put £20k of disposable income into a cash isa are! Should be the same rules for all.
@SebPillon Always thought it was a way to have doctors provide service provision under the guise of “training” in hospitals / parts of the country that would struggle to attract doctors to work there otherwise. I suspect that’s why there’s no appetite to change.
@Winn_on_Health @iDrSunny It’s one of the most disgusting things I’ve ever read saying that an Fy1 doctor’s competence is below the level for minimum service provision. These are highly skilled professionals. Their competence is light years ahead of a newly qualified PA.
