Has Autopay been sorted out @Gatwick_Airport yet ?

@Gatwick_Airport the autopay for drop off operated by NCP is not fit for purpose. I picked up at the North Terminal, checked account. Nothing taken. Advised to post pay after phone call as system has problems. How many PCN's are being sent ? Useless!!!
