@donaldgmcrae @chrisrobwill @bglendenning @nicolatallantsw Saunders doing his level best to try and turn those backers for the Canelo fight away. For someone who seems to laud his "advisor", there can't be many fighters in the game with a worse image/reputation than Saunders. Gifted fighter, marketers nightmare.

@boxing_social @bjsaunders_ @Canelo @Betfred @CANELOTEAM @MatchroomBoxing @MTKGlobal @EddieHearn @DAZNBoxing @KOwriting @shaunrbrown @Boxianajournal @craigscott209 Saunders absolutely spot on here as usual. Prime example is when a 23-year old Canelo cherry picked Floyd Mayweather back in 2013. Have to wonder if Alvarez will ever take the step up to face the likes of Isufi or Akavov.

[Paul Ross @PaulRoss58]

@BBCSport Would love to know the details of these "sponsorship deals" Saunders claims he's lost considering the way he's carried himself over the years. In reality, no self-respecting company is touching him with a bargepole - regardless of Panorama the other night.

[Paul Ross @PaulRoss58]

@BBCNews This is disgraceful to be honest. Really have to wonder how long Hearn, Warren, DAZN, BT Sport and Sky Sports will be willing to turn a blind eye and bankroll fighters connected to this? A very sad time for British boxing.

[Paul Ross @PaulRoss58]

@MikeCoppinger @bjsaunders_ Will give this one a miss.

[Paul Ross @PaulRoss58]

@MikeCoppinger @TheAthleticBOX @bjsaunders_ Feel like there are a number of more pressing and topical issues that could have been discussed here, rather than a fight that hasn't been signed yet (that is frankly only going to end one way). A missed opportunity...

[Paul Ross @PaulRoss58]

@KuganCassius Eubank or Benn?

[Paul Ross @PaulRoss58]

@ESBRBoxing Neither will trouble Canelo. Golovkin still the only one that has a chance for me.

[Paul Ross @PaulRoss58]

@evans1927 @peety1995 @BTSportBoxing @frankwarren_tv Intrigued to hear your thoughts as to why? Williams got bullied by Liam Smith at 154. Eubank has proven he can easily walk through the likes of Blackwell and Doran at 160 - who to be honest had better wins on their records going into the fight than Williams currently has now.

[Paul Ross @PaulRoss58]

@T4C37 @peety1995 @BTSportBoxing @frankwarren_tv It's all hypothetical until the fights actually happen - but in terms of their careers so far - both Eubank and Andrade have fought at a far higher level and have far better wins on their records. Williams would go into both as a big underdog so not that outrageous a take.

[Paul Ross @PaulRoss58]

@BTSportBoxing @frankwarren_tv @Liamwilliamsko A novel idea here... but maybe offer Eubank some proper money? Warren saying Williams v Eubank is a 50/50 split is simply delusional. Eubank has headlined shows, fought for world titles and beaten DeGale, Abraham, Yildirim, Chudinov. Williams has done very little in comparison.

[Paul Ross @PaulRoss58]

@IFLTV @Liamwilliamsko @ChrisEubankJr @KuganCassius Take away the belts and Eubank's still beaten DeGale, Yildirim, Abraham, Chudinov etc. Far better than anything Williams has on his record to be honest. See a lot of this guy mouthing on IFL... bout time he backed it up against some higher level fighters in the ring.

[Paul Ross @PaulRoss58]

@JBeasleyWSMV @SportsCenter Team robbed of a Super Bowl appearance due to one of the most obvious officiating errors in NFL History. Be interested to hear your list of more controversial moments that cost a team a place in the Super Bowl?

[Paul Ross @PaulRoss58]

@MichaelBensonn Love the way Eubank could just effortlessly wind up Benn outside the ring, and then went on to back up everything he said once they got inside it as well. Legend.

@stacysm92154858 @SauerlandBros DeGale was widely tipped by many vs Jr and was only deemed shot once he got dominated. Groves was far too big and totally nullified Jr, fair play. Saunders fight was razor tight - could have gone either way. Eubank at 160 is a very tough night for anyone, and always a good watch.

[Paul Ross @PaulRoss58]

@BoxingFanat1c @Rickyla74528381 @AdrienBronerr @Liamwilliamsko @paul_paulmack @ChrisEubankJr To be fair Yildirim, Chudinov, DeGale, Abraham - even the likes of Blackwell and O'Sullivan - are all levels above anyone that Williams has beaten. I'd happily see the fight as reckon both would come for a tear up - but Eubank is the big favourite for me.

[Paul Ross @PaulRoss58]

@SauerlandBros Would love to see Eubank in with any of those four. Look forward to seeing what this partnership brings. Prospect of Kalle, Eubank Sr, Eubank Jr and Roy Jones Jr all on one side of the table for every presser as well... absolute Box Office!
