@greateranglia I usually get the 0924 from Rayleigh to Stratford and it would cost £21.90. But this morning your app is saying £31.90. Why has this increased???

@greateranglia Please can you look to work with @TfL to install a ticket reader at the barriers at Stratford. It can be a bit frustrating waiting for TFL staff to open the barriers when they are being asked for directions. I once missed my train because the barriers were closed and unmanned.
