Attached is page 1 from a report issued TD Cowen yesterday regarding nuclear/uranium entitled:
"DEEPSEEK MOMENT' HAS MINIMAL IMPACT ON LONGER-TERM NUCLEAR THESIS"
One of Cowen's key comments in the report was that:
"Its no secret that AI has been a major force driving the nuclear theme in recent months, and Monday's route hit uranium stocks under our coverage hard, dragging prices down 10-15%.
Our colleagues covering semiconductors see the selloff as overdone and hold the view that, longer-term, the potential impact of a more efficient AI model will not translate to lower demand for accelerated computing, further pointing out that the history of computing has shown that greater efficiency leads to greater demand."
In its 'Near term catalysts' section, Cowen also noted:
"Its worth highlighting, in our view, that NexGen (NXE-T, $9.09 - BUY, $12.00 price target) could receive an update from the CNSC any day now on the acceptance of its final EIS submission. Once the EIS is deemed complete both NexGen and Denison (DML-T, $2.56 - BUY, $3.75 price target) are expected to have hearing dates established for the federal approval of their flagship projects, which we expect sometime towards mid-year."
$PANR has been βfoundβ. Lots of support pushing the stock up. Now weβve past $400m market cap, and tracking on to $500 it will likely be on the radar for more funds and managers with restrictions on their mandates - not to mention small cap indexes.
