They don’t have emergency services or don’t accept very I’ll patients, the NHS does.

@henrywinter He just hasn't been good enough this season when given opportunities. Hincapie was a loan, so Arteta was probably hoping MLS would get better this season, so no reason to buy Hincapie. That hasn't happened.
MLS will get chance in midfield next season, lets see how he goes.
