He is 63. He says his body is 43.

Megyn Kelly asked Mark Hyman the greedy question anyway. How far back can you go. Sweet 16. Zero. How low.

He did not pretend anyone has the finish line. A few years, maybe a decade or two if you are already older and you live like it. His line was plain. Healthy most of his life, some health scares, machine still working. That is his claim, not a guarantee with your name on it.

The sci-fi bit is Yamanaka factors. In animals they have flipped cells younger. Blind mice seeing again. He said that is not a human product you can buy next week. It is a direction.

Until that switch exists, the boring list still does the work. Real food instead of boxes. Enough protein and lifting so muscle does not vanish. Sleep like it is a drug. Walk after meals. Cut the sugar spikes. Drink less than your friends. Get sun and friends in the same week. None of that is glamorous. It is how the body stops rusting as fast.

The fight underneath is older than the lab. Treat disease after it arrives, or hunt whatever actually builds health before the wreck.

- They wouldn't let people be on that roof because the Secret service lady said it was sloped and it was dangerous
- The snipers that were on the other roof was a, a steeper pitch (It made no f*cking sense)
- Random people saw him and pointed him out on the roof with a gun for a long time before it happened
- The kid had 5 phones
- His body was immediately cremated
- There was some indications that there was a phone that had been traveling from outside the FBI offices in D.C to where this kid lived multiple times

We need answers.
