@pntrack Thought you might be happy to know that in a span of 6 weeks, our Mens 4x1 took their school record from 41.55 to 40.46. Feed the Cats thrives in college! https://t.co/xq3OkRhWVr

@pntrack I deeply appreciate this. Your ripple effect is stronger than you know.

Coaches often ask their athletes to "trust the process," yet many of those same coaches don't trust anything that doesn't seem like a sure thing.

Skepticism is good, but some objections are just smoke screens for insecurity.

Male HS senior sprinter: Coach I just ran 10.9 , can you call a SEC school to see if I can get some money?

Me: Sir.....look at the 100m results of the DECATHLETES. They may offer you a 1 book scholarship💯

Well I got through all ten events😅 and my achilles didnt explode. Super pumped with long jump, shot, and pole vault. No prs, I was glacially slow in anything over 50 meters. But It felt so good to be in the sun and… https://t.co/vHlw712AUF

Amazing duel. Would love to see @LylesNoah do damage in a USA 4x4. @Mike_Norman22 world record pace is confirmed. He can go out in a casual sub 21 and have plenty of juice for a sub 43!!!

[Leroy Burrell OLY @BurrellLeroy]

It took 10.06 to qualify for the final in the 100M at the NCAA Champs. Two men ran 10.03 and 10.05 but did not qualify on time. By contrast, it took 10.10 to make the final at the 2017 World Champs yet the IAAF does not recognize NCAAs in the world rankings! Go figure!

@JumperCoachJohn Hilarious, considering he went to Idaho. Also, This is literally the only sport where your conference is irrelevant to individuals being awesome.

18-8 just to place top 8. Wow.

Was talking to an NFL exec for another story and he went off on this tremendous rant on college football and amateurism that I have to share.

"This whole thing stinks..."

When the Raptors traded for an injured Kawhi Leonard, Alex McKechnie, the team's director of sports science got a text: 'You're the most important person in the organization now' -- on the triumph of load management: https://t.co/CCHALsJuwU

I still can't believe Nate Robinson did this in a real game. 😂 @SLAMrewind

After a 3 year absence, I'm returning to the decathlon this Saturday, June 1st at South Salem HS. Ive had about a month to prepare, but I feel fresh, happy, and healthy😊😎

[Paul Bentz @Paul_Bentz]

I am drooling over these stats. Damian's speed is such a cheat code. Lindon Victor is unbelievable. I can only dream of a 10.56 100m and 54m in the disc.

@hii_nal 42/100. Not bad. Before Midnight over Before Sunrise/Sunset was an interesting choice.
