@Jontafkasi @joncoupland I think they're fine if they're angled correctly - whereas previously it probably didn't matter too much whether they were or not. Trouble is most people don't realise that this is even a thing.
@MacBrona@dublin_damo I found it ok actually - unlike a lot of Andalusia there's lots of shade, trees, wooded valleys, lots of water and fountains (especially around the Alhambra). I am a bit of a lizard though.
@dublin_damo If you're still there check out Bar Patio Braserito. It's a very unassuming but friendly little place, but have spent many an hour sat at the bar there. They take great care not to give you the same thing twice, even on separate days.
@MacBrona@dublin_damo We've done this more than once. If it's 45oC as it is in the summer you need to drink shed loads anyway - they don't have to be alcoholic drinks and all the bars have draft 'sin alcohol' beer.
@BlockchainCJ@PolitlcsUK@Moreincommon_ Have you actually been outside and seen the crumbling services, the third world roads, the litter, the homelessness? This is the tories' legacy.
@Paul_Fitness6@volcaholic1 These storms are localised and slow moving and Almeria province is the size of Yorkshire. Almeria city is in the southwest of the province and the rain is in the northeast. Hope that helps!
@yorkshirekenny@katie_jr No-one lives in the middle of the ocean. There are Emission Control Areas close to the shore where ships are required to use cleaner fuel. Generally people don't live close to the major docks.
CO2 emissions are an issue but I'm not a climate change scientist.
@yorkshirekenny@katie_jr No, they disperse and dilute, and someone has spent weeks calculating whether this dispersion and dilution will be sufficient to avoid sufficient harm to health using a dispersion model.
