It's #OCDweek - I thought I'd share one of the ways I manage my own OCD. I use medication organisers because if I don't, I doubt whether I've actually taken my meds. Even 0.0001% uncertainty will stop me taking them. This way I keep track and correctly take my meds every day. 💊
