Dear Amex, I’m in your Amex Lounge O2. Asked for glass of Prosecco. Got served Glass of Champagne. Charged 22 quid which I queried. Got told that you don’t have Prosecco. Served without explanation which I think you’ll find is ‘substitution’ and illegal !!!
