If you are building a website crawler the concern becomes how do you prevent a malicious website from reaching your infra?

My thoughts are to split the main app from the crawler. The crawler should have pre-flight gates like egress probe and crawler results should not be trusted but checked by the main app before it is ingested.

@leodev What happens when you want video transcoding with FFMPEG and image creation with Replicate? I have not used Convex but I hear this is where it fails. Convex is only good for data-driven real-time apps but not so much with capabilities needed for SaaS
