Tornado hwy 99 at the Eskridge turn off 1807 hrs. Took this before it came down

@NWSTopeka Unfortunately my camera saves video based off wifi on my phone. My video starts cutting out at the end of this clip as I came down highway 99 and cell service. As I went east towards Eskridge I could visually see the outer circulation of the tornado and leaves getting shredded
