Where we have to contact, already a very hot weather. How to sleep, children have to go school in morning and we have to go office. Why this on daily basis??

Huge power supply cut in Balaji Enclave, Govindpuram, Ghaziabad from last 4-5 days. Tonight at 0:50 am very low voltage (120 volt). Cooler, Fridge and ACs are not working. How to sleep in this weather. Why this daily??
