@TaSiang Other than scaling a big part of achieving a cartoony look is allowing your animators to stretch, bend, and move as much of the character as possible! I'm a firm believer in not locking any control on a rig unless it will 100% break in an animation file

@TaSiang You can get away with scaling joints without a lot of children like the hands and feet for quick moves but you generally want to keep those to uniform scaling only for best results! You will want to be careful of that introducing some wobble into your IK inengine tho so sparingly

Sure I've been killed by things I've rigged in the past but cute cartoony guys and shaky platforms just don't really have the same impact as a spooky entity of darkness LOL

I hope everyone enjoyed getting their ass kicked by the Witness at the end of TFS's campaign :') was certainly a fun experience to get absolutely demolished by a character you rigged LOL

After nearly five years, delivering seasonal story from Hunt all the way to Deep and sending home the most well-received expansion in our history in Final Shape, I have been laid off and today is my last day at Bungie.
