@Aportzline@YouTube#AskPorty You mentioned recently CBJ considering adding a skills coach. Any chance that could be a role for Cam Atkinson? We he came back and retired, I feel like there were some insinuations that he wanted to get involved in the organization somehow.
@1stOhioBattery Bones' full quote "losing is not important ENOUGH to them". Maybe you do sorta hate losing, but not enough. Not enough to toughen up and battle when things get tough. Not enough to play with pride and try to win sold out games in front of your fans, even is it's "meaningless".
@mark_scheig I said this a bit ago, but even if Bones isn't back, GMDW better be listening to this. Start dumping people that are causing this and try to start improving the culture, because nothing gets better without the culture being there.
@JacketsInsider The only help they need is the cure for the amnesia that has caused them to forget how to play hockey. Nothing else matters until that happens.
@mark_scheig Sit somebody then, send that message. You're already on a skid with the season on the line, can it get any worse?
If we're gonna keep losing, I'd rather lose while trying something different.
@LO_BlueJackets I think the way they got here is what fuels that doom though.
If you had told us the day Bones got hired, we'd be 1 point out of a spot with 6 games left we all would have taken that.
Instead we've gotten this roller coaster of surging to 2nd in the Metro and now crashing out.
@JacketsInsider If they really wanted it, the time to step up and start to take it was the Boston game. Getting outscored 10-3 in 2 games vs a division foe doesn't show a lot of want.
@JacketsInsider If nothing else good comes from this season, I hope GMDW is watching these performances, listening to this veteran coach he brought in and identifying whoever it is that needs moved out so we can try to push forward as a franchise.
@smdbuckeye@Aportzline Last year I bought into the "they're still young and learning" thing when they crashed down the stretch and things got tough.
This year, after dealing with that last year and adding guys like Charlie Coyle, no way. All this talk of leadership and they look ready for golfing.
