Do not use @virginexp for events. My wife tried to purchase a ticket through @virginexperience for my birthday and it turns out they never had access to the ticket! They tried to delay several times with some cock and ball story about re-sending the ticket!!

@georgeatasda Ordered saucepan online. Came damaged as packing was poor with handle sticking outside of box! Took it back to store (1 hour away). Met packages assistant raised his eyes. Then they make an error on the refund. DO NOT USE!

[Phil Beck @Pbeck5]

@AskSwissair_ Unfortunately we have had to change your seats on flight LX356 from Geneva to London. - Obviously someone knows Swissair staff better than me! Don’t give me plane change etc. We all know how this works!

[Phil Beck @Pbeck5]

@British_Airways Unfortunately not! That will be a week by tomorrow!

[Phil Beck @Pbeck5]

@British_Airways My bag was identified by BA on Thursday. I still have not received it. Your management processes are worse than Gareth Southgate’s!

[Phil Beck @Pbeck5]

@British_Airways Day 5 One bag delivered , hoorah! One bag still missing, Booo!

[Phil Beck @Pbeck5]

@British_Airways The saga goes on. BA Baggage reclaim requests enter booking reference and bag tag number. It says “This bag has already been reported missing”. Enter lost bag number to track. How do I get that number when nobody in BA baggage will talk to me??

[Phil Beck @Pbeck5]

@British_Airways Day 4 Now have identification confirmation of both bags! Hoorah! But no delivery! Boooo.

[Phil Beck @Pbeck5]

@British_Airways Day 3. Managed to get through to BA baggage (note they did not contact me), one bag located but not yet delivered. The other bag “possible match”, whatever thst means!

[Phil Beck @Pbeck5]

@British_Airways Day 2. No response whatsoever from BA. YOU STILL HAVE MY BAGS!

[Phil Beck @Pbeck5]

@British_Airways What airport staff? There was NO BA reps to be seen in the baggage hall last night. They had all gone home!

[Phil Beck @Pbeck5]

@British_Airways
8pm flight from Aberdeen to LHR tonight. It’s now past midnight. I’m waiting for bags at Heathrow that may never come. Third world airline in a third world country.

Not really credible. Bring in rescue dog will tell you if she is in the water.

Did Nicola Bulley slip into river trying to retrieve dog's tennis ball? Missing mother may have been weighed down by her two heavy coats, police believe - as outdoor swimming expert says ...
