@JulianAyres1 It is much harder for students today with all the extra pressure of cost, loan repayments and having to earn a living at the same time. My feeling is education has not really adapted to the world we live in now. Pressure on students seems much higher now.

@JulianAyres1 (Bit of a curveball) Is it important? Should the focus be on retention, or is there an intervention that can be looked at earlier? Can lack of retention (failure) also be seen as a success? Is the whole course needed to succeed?
