@JagexSupport I recently upgraded to a 4k display, but the text and some other things in rs3 look kinda fuzzy instead of crisp, is there anything I can do about that or is your client just limited to resolutions below 4k?
@bt_uk Is there currently a service outage happening? We're having much lower speeds than normal and I've just found out multiple other people seem to be suffering the same thing
@BlizzardCSEU_EN Thanks for the reply! I have now tried submitting from my phone and tablet both on my current connection and my mobile hotspot, I've also tried submitting using a vpn, all have come back with the same response.

@BlizzardCSEU_EN I've tried multiple different browsers to log a ticket with you customer support over multiple different days still getting this error every time, I've contacted you here twice to try and get your attention. Please help.
