Jason was a lecturer whilst I was at university at Leeds Beckett. A fantastic man and very happy for him that he has got a chance to lead change at a university like Cambridge👍

As a child, Jason Arday was developmentally delayed and couldn't speak until he was 11.

He didn't learn to read or write until he was 18.

He just became the youngest Black professor ever at Cambridge University.

@TotalPESolution Could be simple things like exit passes or post-stick notes that can be handed in demonstrating their progress towards the LO - whilst this doesn’t show skill progression (neither does a photo), shows understanding about how a skill is performed and can also include some PA/SA

@TotalPESolution @ShareLearnT @PE4Learning @afPE_PE @PEgeeks @SRoadleySEND_PE @_PEASY Another idea we’ve toyed with was creating student e-portfolios where support can photo and video students and upload image straight to their page. Issues with that is it doesn’t necessarily show what they’re making progress towards fully. Register/tracker works well for us 👍

A good way to track is through a register with objectives written and RAG progress towards the LO/I. Means gaps can be easily identifiable 1/2

@MissFoster_PE We have the same kit, funded by school but I sourced for me and my colleague. We chose Errea with 5 polo's, 2 3/4 zip shirts, 2 shorts and a jacket. Try and find a local supplier, ours was based in Huddersfield and was helpful and very reasonable👍
