۱/۶محمد معصوم ستانکزی رئیس هیئت مذاکره کننده جمهوری اسلامی افغانستان در نشست امروز با نمايندگان خاص کشورهای همکار روند صلح افغانستان در قطر:

حمله بالای شهرها که خلاف همه تعهدات و موازین بین‌المللی می‌باشد، باعث ایجاد بحران بشری در افغانستان شده است.

۴/۶ در حالیکه مذاکره جریان دارد، طالبان چگونه با هدف قرار دادن شهرها، اهداف ملکی و به قتل رسانیدن مردم بیگناه اعمال خود را توجیه کرده می‌توانند؟
مداخله‌ی صریحی که فعلا با سیلِ از حضور جنگجویان داخلی به افغانستان می‌شود،

۶/۶ اما همزمان با آن ایجاد اتحاد و اتفاق میان جامعه بین‌المللی برای جلوگیری از مداخله‌ی که به منظور تسریع جنگ و ادامه قتل و قتال و ویرانی افغانستان است، یک امر بسیار مهم و ضروری برای رسیدن به یک صلح دایمی و باعزت در افغانستان می‌باشد.

۵/۶ خطر جدی را نه تنها برای افغانستان بلکه برای منطقه ایجاد کرده است. افغانستان نباید به مرکز منافع متضاد کشورهای دیگر مبدل شود. در حالیکه اتفاق و اجماع میان سیاسیون افغانستان یک امر مهم است که تحت رهبری رئیس جمهور افغانستان به وجود آمده و در حال تقویت شدن است،
