#GivingTuesday is special for Sunny and I because we honor sweet Lenny, a 10 year old pitbull mix we fostered last summer. Sadly, he began exhibiting signs of pneumonia shortly after arriving at our home. While he fought a hard battle, he was not able to overcome his sickness.
Van, thank you for expressing the sorrow and relief that we all feel. My hope is that those who hoped for a different outcome will take a moment to empathize with the pain so many of us have felt over the past four years.
