Under the DRDIP project, we are also supporting refugee communities with farming including a hand hoe, spade, hoe handles, rakes. Over 700 have so far been reached in a space of 3months

The refugee communities in Rwamwanja are taking lead in our tree and fruits planting initiative for environmental management for communities. This initiative is funded by the World Bank under the Development Response to Displacement Impacts Project (DRDIP)

The gov't announced that schools would open next month in a phased approach. We are glad to have taken part in a Joint Monitoring to set Basic Requirements & Minimum Standards for the re-opening of Schools & Institutions in Rwamwanja Refugee Settlement amidst COVID-19 Pandemic.
