Hello everyone! I’m Eric He,
The recent incident regarding the small print on LBank’s listing poster has drawn considerable attention. What began as an internal management issue has unexpectedly led to numerous private messages and expressions of concern from friends. This has made me realize that, in the fast-paced world of cryptocurrency, it’s time to slow down, reflect seriously, and make meaningful changes to both our internal and external communication systems.
Effective immediately, I have decided to step down from my role as the primary decision-maker at LBank. Instead, I will focus on engaging more deeply with our users and community as a Community Angel Officer and Risk Control Advisor.
My goal is to provide a more objective and comprehensive perspective on risk management for the LBank platform while also listening to the voices of our users, ensuring that our development direction aligns with their interests. Additionally, I would like to address the community’s concerns: we have rehired the individual involved, who will now serve as a Community Ambassador, acting as a bridge between LBank and our users to facilitate closer collaboration.
To be candid, I have never been one to seek self-promotion or engage extensively in external networking. My belief is to earn respect by being authentic. I trust that LBank’s nine years have conveyed this essence to you as well. However, this incident has shown us that it’s time for LBank to return to its community roots and embrace a more engaging and enjoyable journey. Therefore, we see this as an opportunity to transform LBank through five key areas: internal management, project investment, data transparency, feedback channels, and listing strategies. We aim to approach our uncertain lives with the utmost calm and love.
1. Establishing the LBank Management Committee: We will implement a more rational and democratic internal management mechanism. Most committee members will come from various departments, aiming to enhance our internal management processes and decision-making in a more efficient and systematic way. In the future, we will also invite KOLs, neutral third-party platforms, and angels to participate in key discussions at LBank, facilitating a value-driven co-creation process.
2. Creating a $10 Million Foundation: Led by LBank Labs, this initiative will partner with several top venture capital firms to discover and support the most promising early-stage projects, promoting the Alpha Altcoin support plan. We will also focus on developing MVRV indicators in the MEME sector, breaking away from traditional fundamental investment frameworks and redefining the financial system for Gen Z through diverse strategies and quantitative active investing.
3. Implementing Platform Transparency: We are committed to enhancing asset security and data transparency to create a safe and reliable trading environment. This will include open-source verification of the Merkle tree, wallet address ownership, and on-chain assets.
4. Creating a Globally Inclusive Platform: LBank has now established an internal feedback channel to listen to and respect every member’s voice. We will gradually introduce a fast-track channel for receiving professional advice and opinions from users, industry partners, media, and KOLs. A dedicated team will systematically organize and respond to this feedback, aiming to eliminate communication barriers and strengthen the connection between our brand and global users.
5. Continuing Efficient and Exponential Growth: LBank will deepen strategic partnerships with top global communities and maintain its advantage in rapid and professional listings, providing outstanding asset allocation opportunities for global investors. At the same time, we will gradually implement a diversified investment portfolio strategy to navigate the natural selection and evolution of different market cycles.
Finally, I sincerely thank each community member for your unwavering support and concern for LBank. 💛
Your support is our driving force, and the interests of our users are both our starting point and our destination. I hope to hear the most genuine voices from the community, allowing your collective wisdom to guide LBank's development.
I have gathered the strength for this new beginning. Allow me to reintroduce myself: I am Eric, the Community Angel Officer and Risk Control Advisor at #LBank.
Best regards,
Eric He
Incompetent, Eric He gets out of LBank!
You avoid any work that involves dealing with people, don’t you?
Yes, I added the small text on the poster myself. I’m just an ordinary worker, and I wouldn’t have reached this point if I wasn’t completely forced to! Eric He, I just want to ask you, what exactly is going on in your head? If you can’t handle it, step aside!
For those who don’t know Eric He, let me introduce him: He says one thing and does another, constantly changing his mind. Emotional, impulsive, and inconsistent is his camouflage; responsible (he enjoys all the credit himself but throws all the pressure onto us, his subordinates), emotionally intelligent (treating us employees like tools, often bothering us in the middle of the night with his whims), and highly controlling (more work for us, but no raise in compensation).
I still remember the first time I met Eric He at an industry conference in Hong Kong. Back then, he kind of had the “crypto big boss” vibe (yikes), spoke decently, and seemed quite composed. I thought he was something like a crypto tycoon, but in hindsight, he’s more like a drowning man. I was a newbie back then, completely fooled by appearances. When he invited me to join LBank, I agreed without hesitation, thinking it would be a great opportunity.
Little did I know, his persona crumbled faster than trash coins! Eric He’s PUA skills are top-notch. He often calls out of the blue just to yell at me, spouting the most disgusting things you can imagine. Full of condescending, emotionally manipulative tactics, he blows even the smallest issues out of proportion. I’ve endured emotional torment, constantly on edge, scared of making any mistake that would lead to another verbal beating.
I don’t know about others, but I’ve been tormented to the point of no return—losing hair, receding hairline, and insomnia (even taking four melatonin gummies doesn’t help). Seeing his messages makes me want to throw up. I’m suffering from full-on PTSD!!
Have you ever seen a guy act like a manipulative ‘green tea’ girl? I have: Eric He fits this term perfectly. He’s unpredictable—right when the meme coin route showed promise, he completely reversed direction with some nonsense ‘Asset Completion Plan,’ disregarding market demand and the team’s suggestions, caring only about his own whims and industry praises. His erratic management has left us all frozen.
Not long ago, at the ninth-anniversary mobilization event, he gave a big speech about meme coins being LBank’s label, our advantage, something we should capitalize on. Then he turns around and launches this ‘Asset Completion Plan,’ listing a bunch of trash coins, completely contradicting what he previously said. Boss, what’s your strategy? One day it’s this, the next day you’re flipping everything. There’s no consistency. I’ve lost over a million trading these institution-backed trash coins, back to square one overnight. And now you’re forcing us to list these garbage coins too—enough is enough!
What’s most infuriating is that this isn’t the first time. We’ve made suggestions over and over, but they’re useless. He thinks his way is always right, and the company is basically a dictatorship. The recent DOGS incident left the whole company cleaning up his mess.
A company’s future shouldn’t be ruined by an idiot. As someone from Gen Z, I refuse to watch our hard work be wasted for no reason (at the very least, my hair shouldn’t be wasted!).
“Eric He, get out of LBank! I’d personally perform the ‘head replacement surgery’ for LBank!”
I know this isn’t the most appropriate or rational way to express myself, but I have to speak up. After all, LBank is just a stop in my career, but I can’t stand a shortsighted, inconsistent boss who treats employees like dirt.
Eric He, get out of LBank!!!
