@nickherbertcbe @thetimes @CollegeofPolice Anybody else feel it’s going full circle? There used to be the National Occupational Standards, Leadership Academy in the Met as a follow on from the Leadership Program, Bramshill etc.
Training depts were many departments hugely cut due to cost saving measures from 2012 onwards
