I have been tagged several times to this. I thought we have discussed the issue of ladies using attachments in the past, but people keep trying to create loopholes around the material used.
The primary hadith in Bukhari and Muslim curses the one who attaches hair and the one who asks for it to be attached. Here, scholars establish that the core legal problem is deception and altering creation. You are presenting hair that is short or thin as if it is long, full, and abundant.
Whether the fiber is synthetic, plastic, or human hair, the moment it is integrated into your hair to simulate fake length and volume, the majority of jurists rule it under the exact same prohibition of Al-Wasl. Saying "it has a shine so people know it is fake" does not remove the fact that it is functioning as hair extensions.
What the scholars actually permitted from the early generations was using simple threads, silk cords, or cloth bands to tie and hold natural braids together, not weaving in artificial locks to impersonate actual hair.
On top of that, there is the practical issue of Ghusl. When attachments become dense, heavy, or glued, they frequently stop water from thoroughly reaching the scalp, and if the water does not reach the roots, the ritual bath is void and prayers do not count.
Take care of your natural hair, style it, dye it within permissible limits, and use normal ribbons or scarves. Again, looking for loopholes around synthetic attachments does not change the core ruling on Al-Wasl.

Let me explain the reasoning behind this rule. The exception that allowed Muslim men to marry women from the People of the Book, meaning Christians and Jews, is not about male privilege as you’ve suggested. It is fundamentally about the protection of faith.
In the Islamic family structure, the husband is the head of the household. When a Muslim man marries a Christian or Jewish woman, Islam commands him to protect her right to practice her religion.
A Muslim already reveres Jesus and Moses as mighty prophets of God, so her foundational beliefs are inherently respected and validated within that home.
The reverse poses a theological risk. A non-Muslim man does not believe in the Quran or Prophet Muhammad. If a Muslim woman marries outside her faith, she is placing herself under the leadership of a partner who does not recognize her core religious truth.
This creates a very real risk of her faith, and the Islamic upbringing of her future children, being compromised or suppressed over time.
The law prevents a Muslim woman from being placed in a vulnerable spiritual environment. It is a protective boundary, not a double standard.

Thank the Almighty, no matter what the circumstances. It’s not just to do with wealth & good things. Thank Him for guiding you & keeping you steadfast. Thank Him for increase in knowledge, for the lessons you’ve learnt from hardship. Do this each day and He will grant you more.
@YusufAsunmogejo@brainn_yyy I just tired 😫. What kind of freedom is he referring to
May Almighty keep increasing you in beneficial knowledge and preserve you for the Ummah sir.
When you become excessively dependent on someone, the Almighty will detach you from the person just to show you where your strength lies. Remember, we need people but never as much as we need the Almighty.
If you have never failed before, you will have to fail many times to learn the truth.
Failure and suffering should not be confused.
You can suffer for not having money, but have never failed cos you never tried.
As far as PDA is concerned, people usually swing to one of two extremes here. You have folks who act like smiling at your wife in public is a crime, and then you have couples trying to shoot a romantic music video at the mall.
Islam gives us a very grounded middle path. The foundation of our public conduct is Haya. Modesty.
Basic affection is not just allowed, it is encouraged. Holding hands while walking, helping your spouse into a vehicle, sharing a joke, or showing basic care.
The Prophet (peace be upon him) raced with Aisha in the open. He offered his knee for Safiyyah to step on so she could mount her camel. That is public care. It shows honor.
The line gets drawn at intimacy. Passionate kissing, heavy physical touching, or anything that makes the people around you uncomfortable violates the concept of Muru'ah, which means public decency.
You do not need to validate your marriage by proving to strangers how much you desire each other.
Love in Islam is sacred and protective. You honor it by keeping the intimate parts of it private, not by turning it into a public exhibition.
Allah knows best.
One of the untold truths about Mondays and Thursdays fasting is how it prevent the possibility of cancer growth in your body. The more you fast, the better for you. Stick to it.
Are you always unhappy & discontented? If you are, check for these symptoms. Are you always criticising others; quick to condemn people or comparing yourself with others? Quit all that & feel the difference.
Here is a truth nobody tells you early enough.
The real reason to chase more money is not the cars or the clothes.
It is time.
Money, spent wisely, buys back your hours.
That washing machine gives you back a Saturday morning.
The dishwasher hands you an extra hour with your kids.
A good fridge lets you cook once on Saturday and eat well all week, instead of standing over a pot every single night.
Hiring help for the tasks that drain you is not laziness. It is buying back your one life, piece by piece.
So do not just work to afford things.
Work to afford time.
Time to sleep. Time to rest. Time to be happy. That was always the point.
