@djnsmith @melodyMcooper NO! She should have walked away, or put her dog on the leash & apologized for not obeying the law. There are kids at the park, other dogs, dogs fight and bite, you also have people deathly afraid of dogs. I have the right to tell you to leash your dog if I don't feel safe!

@Lawlatu @melodyMcooper Nope only she was wrong. She was doing something illegal, he was not. I had to record a lady last week &thankfully I did it was the only proof I had for the cops & they were able to get her car info, find & prosecute her! Don't do anything illegal, U won't be recorded!
