The whole town was great, I hope you had a chance to take it in. We stayed a few days, did an entire town pub crawl, and met some fantastic people. One old painter in town, the entire pub confessed, painted every build in Berwick, and get this, never owned a van! Pushed a cart around town, rarely used his horse! He was 87 and still painting! Said he was still a five handicap, the pub did not concur. 🤣

Fine, let the market decide. My issue has always been governments thumb on the scale.
Secondly, there is a serious electricity supply problem, in case you haven't heard.
But again, the market will fix that too, just like your point about the horse and buggy transition.
I hope you noted that horses weren't banned at the advent of cars.
